Help the DDC, Waystation & Maintenance teams at St. Hubert's raise money for our Slumber Pawty!

$3,500 goal

Our Shelter is having a fun, Slumber "Pawty" on April 5-6 where members of the public are going to spend the night in our shelter with the adoptable animals. The Waystation, Doggy Day Camp, and Maintenance teams are joining forces to raise money for this event!

St. Hubert's WayStation Program helps relocate dogs from areas of the country where the number of homeless dogs far exceeds the available homes, to areas with greater opportunities for adoptions.  Many of our partners have very limited resources and a high intake which makes caring for and adopting out all their animals very challenging.  Since the inception of the WayStation Program, we have provided over $900,000 in GiveBack funds to our shelter partners to help with intake vaccines and medical care, as well as support their communities with low cost spay/neuter programs. We’ve transported almost 25,000 dogs nationwide!  In 2024 we helped local NJ shelters that were over capacity, relocate and adopt nearly 800 cats.  WayStation helps support shelter partners and their communities, while also providing organizations like ours with pets that can be adopted into loving homes like yours!

The Doggy Day Camp team is responsible for servicing over 100 canine client who attend our day camp (including many alumni!), as well as hosting the SniffSpot and Rompin' Rovers playgroups. These programs provide safe and controlled environments for dogs of all kinds to exercise, socialize, and have fun. This department brings in over $200,000 for the shelter each year, and is part of how St. Hubert's remains supporting our local dog community for life.

Our Maintenance team is comprised of the people who keep the entire shelter running! Whether it's fixing a sink, spreading woodchips, taking out the trash, or cutting the grass the team is there to help keep the shelter working like a well-oiled machine and we wouldn't be able to function without their hard work.
