Each year, hundreds of animal lovers from across the globe spend ONE ENTIRE DAY living side-by-side with shelter animals. That’s right! I will be spending 24 hours eating, sleeping, and “pawting” with shelter pets to benefit NCPAS.
While fundraising is an important aspect of the event, showcasing animal shelters and the animals in their care may be even more impactful. For 24 hours, animals participating in the pawty have an advocate while the shelter increases its visibility throughout the community.
Please help me reach my goal of $500 and support a great cause. If you are able, come on out and see me and adopt a new furry friend!!
NCPAS is an active and forward-looking animal rescue based in Nothern New York State.
Their focus is:
- Saving dogs from being killed due to lack of space in southern shelters
- Rescuing dogs from New York City Animal Care Centers from both on and off the euthanasia lists
- Helping local cats and kittens through rescue and Trap-Neuter-Return
They also help local dogs when we have fosters available.
