$1,000 goal
Remember how much fun it was to gather for a slumber party when you were younger? Staying up late, eating junk food, playing silly games, and hanging out with your buddies? Now imagine doing all of that and more, but with your favorite shelter animals. That’s right! On Saturday, April 5th we are hosting a 24-Hour Shelter Slumber Pawty at Feline Urgent Rescue, and you’re invited!
The National Shelter Slumber Pawty is a collaborative fundraising event that brings together shelters from across the nation (and beyond) to help raise funds and awareness for shelter pets. Amazing animal lovers (like yourself) will spend 24 hours at a shelter; eating, sleeping and pawtying with shelter pets while raising money for their favorite shelter.
What are we asking?
A commitment to spend 24 hours at the shelter beginning at Noon on Saturday, April 5th until noon on Sunday, April 6th. We will provide meals, support, fun and fun!
Promote the Pawty and ask friends, family, co-workers, etc. to donate to the Pawty using our online platform. We will provide tons of support to help you fundraise!
Our individual fundraising goal is $1,000 per participant. This is a target goal, and some participants may not reach it, and some may exceed it. The most important thing is that we do our best to reach our goal, and have fun while fundraising!
Bring your excitement, enthusiasm, and love for animals!
